Hatha Yoga Classes
Classes run during Winter timetable (10th June – 18th July 2019).
Hatha Yoga classes are open to all experience levels, from beginners to the more advanced student.
Variations of each of the postures are given so that the class can be tailored to your individual needs.
If you’re feeling tired from stress, work, or life in general these classes aim to help you feel balanced, recharged and ready to take on the world.

When faced with resistance, emotional reactions, frustrations, anxiety and worry, Yoga Nidra provides you with a means to move from conflicting reaction to creative response.
Yoga Nidra is a unique combination of alert awareness and deepest relaxation.
It takes you to the alpha and theta states of consciousness, far beyond ordinary waking consciousness where visions become reality, giving you direct access to the extraordinary powers of your own intuition, creativity, health and abundance.

Yoga Therapy uses supported postures, breath, energetic and awareness techniques to free yourself of suppressed emotions, pain and insecurity.
Yoga Therapy is a 1 hour, one-on-one healing private yoga session with Christiane.
Easter Long Weekend Yoga Sessions
Friday 19th April – Monday 22 April @ 8am – 9am.
1-hr Yoga sessions to be held at both Yoga By The Beach in Inverloch (open-air along the foreshore) and Sandy Point (inside the Waratah Beach Surf Life Saving Club).
Through physical movement, breath work and meditation you’ll feel refreshed and ready to take on the world!
