You have been practicing yoga for some time and you know the basic postures but you would like to challenge yourself even further?
A 3 hour workshop, designed to improve your flexibility and safely guide you to achieve some of the more advanced yoga asanas (postures).
The Workshop will conclude with a Relaxation exercise.
I recommend this workshop to everyone regardless of your age or fitness. All workshops are taught in a fun and non-competitive environment.
