I am pleased to be able to pass on the techniques I have discovered to all children’s yoga classes helping your child or children to appreciate quiet time, develop a healthy, happy mind while enjoying learning along the way.

Gita International Yoga Australia has awarded me with my latest qualification “Teaching Meditation to Children”, allowing me to pass on my learning’s and teach important techniques that can help your child through the early stages of life.
