Our children live in a hurry-up world of busy parents, school & home pressures and incessant lessons to name a few. Like adults, children have to deal with these stresses in order to cope.

Working with children of all ages is a JOY!
I am pleased to be able to pass on the techniques I have discovered to all children’s yoga and meditation classes helping your child or children to appreciate quiet time, develop a healthy, happy mind while enjoying learning along the way.
Christiane has a Kids and Teens teaching qualification with Zenergy Yoga.
