Description


The main focus of Gita Yoga is to balance the endocrine or hormone producing glands of the body. The sequence of postures works on the body’s 5 major systems:

  • The respiratory system
  • The digestive system
  • The central nervous system
  • The autonomic nervous system
  • The endocrine system

Learn the wisdom behind Hatha Gita Yoga. In this class you’ll learn how to do each posture properly as well as the methodology behind each posture. I’ll teach you why it works and how it enables your mind and body to feel energised and refreshed.

    I have just finished this course ‘Foundation Yoga”. It was a very small class (great!), two hour sessions (no hurry!) and the atmosphere was easy and relaxing. No competitions, no stress, and a lot of wisdom passing. I recommend this course to anyone, particularly if you are starting or re-starting after a long break (like me).
