In this deep peaceful state, you can let your intentions be gently impressed upon your subconscious mind, to be followed by your conscious actions.

Feel a shift in your emotions and allow the vibrations of the sound ball wash through your body and mind to help release any tensions.

Restore your balance and harmony, renew your vitality and serenity.

    This was my first full moon meditation. I really enjoyed it, it was very calming. I was quite tense to start with then I felt like I was floating when Christiane took us through the meditation. It is the most relaxing experience. I had the best nights sleep afterwards, sleeping right through the night. Thank you Christiane I look forward to the next one. I would highly recommend this to everyone!!
