What to Expect

Hatha Yoga classes are open to all experience levels, from beginners to the more advanced student.

Variations of each of the postures are given so that the class can be tailored to your individual needs.

    I have been doing yoga with Christiane for 4 years now. I have found her yoga such a profoundly positive part of my life. The stretches, meditation and mindfulness are key elements that sustain me. Christiane is totally committed to her students’ progress and she is so positive and in tune with our needs. The environment Christiane creates is so accepting that even my Guide Dog looks forward to his yoga on a Friday. Christiane also explains her postures so well for me as a vision impaired person.

I love the science behind it, every movement is done for a very specific reason, connecting mind body and spirit.
