What to Expect
This is a course designed to teach fundamental Meditation techniques over 7 x 60 minute sessions, allowing you time between each class to practice newly discovered techniques at home.
Sessions are held at the studio every Wednesday evening for the duration of the SPRING term (ends December 4) allowing you plenty of time to complete your 7 session course.
The course is an introduction to the world of meditation in a very clear and simple format with time for practice and to ask questions.
It requires some courage and discipline as with each session you will be trained to further focus your mind skillfully.
You are encouraged to use “downtime” to practice stillness on your own. The more we practice, the more proficient we become.
Chairs will be provided for those who require one.
