What to Expect
During your classes you will learn to relax, stretch and regain your flexibility.
Mums & Bubs is an uplifting class taught in a environment of sharing and having fun – connect with yourself and with your child.
This class is also suitable for pregnant Mums (Prenatal yoga).
Keep in touch with other Mum’s inside this informal group.
Together we grow, share tips on motherhood and get back into shape both physically and mentally practicing yoga and relaxation.
This class will help re-balance your week.
Bubs up to 3 yrs of age are welcome.
