Slow Flow Yoga
Join Christiane in an all-levels class designed to get you moving and connecting with your breath.
Slow Flow Yoga consists of two parts: Hatha Yoga 5:30pm – 6:30pm and Yoga Nidra 6:30pm – 7pm.
In this class we practice asanas (postures), pranayama (breath) and meditation to help build strength, increase flexibility and awaken your inner awareness.
Slow Yoga (NOT fast) is the antidote to this crazy-busy world we live in.
