It takes you to the alpha and theta states of consciousness, far beyond ordinary waking consciousness where visions become reality, giving you direct access to the extraordinary powers of your own intuition, creativity, health and abundance.
Yoga Nidra is not a technique or a relaxation exercise. Rather, it is a place, a space that can be entered through the techniques of breath and relaxation.
Yoga Nidra is a Meditative awareness, a witness consciousness.

Custom Yoga Nidra Therapy Program

8 SESSIONS (1 X 120 mins + 7 x 90 mins)
Join Christiane for one-on-one Yoga Nidra Therapy sessions. To obtain remarkable results, the Yoga Nidra Therapy program requires attendance twice per week for 4 consecutive weeks (8 sessions in total).
The first session: allow up to two hours
Subsequent sessions: allow up to 90 mins
Time and dates: Liaise directly with Christiane to make a time that suits both parties
#1 Upfront payment of $750
Inclusions: Initial consultation and subsequent 7 sessions. This package also includes a Yoga Nidra recording to listen to at home between personal sessions. This program allows you to heal deeply and effectively as we progress into the month.
#2 Pay as you go
The initial consultation 2 hours: $120 then each 90min session is $100 per session for 7 sessions.
This package also includes a Yoga Nidra recording to listen to at home but please do understand that consistency during the month is important.
For this program to work you need 8 sessions in total for one month. It cannot be shortened, nor extended.
