What is Yoga Nidra (Amrit Method)?

Yoga Nidra is a unique combination of alert awareness and deepest relaxation.

It takes you to the alpha and theta states of consciousness, far beyond ordinary waking consciousness where visions become reality, giving you direct access to the extraordinary powers of your own intuition, creativity, health and abundance.

Yoga Nidra is not a technique or a relaxation exercise. Rather, it is a place, a space that can be entered through the techniques of breath and relaxation.

Yoga Nidra is a Meditative awareness, a witness consciousness.

    I was a little scared with my first Yoga Nidra session, as I get claustophobic. However laying on the comfortable rugs, with the blankets tucked over me, listening to Christiane I felt safe and comfortable. I am taken into deep relaxation and feel amazing afterwards. I have the deepest most restful sleep after a session and wake up feeling very refreshed and energised but also relaxed and very peaceful in myself. I have gone to a few sessions now and look forward to going to these each week. I would highly recommend this session to everyone!! Thank you Christiane xx
