    Having a personal yoga nidra program has given me a deeper understanding of how powerful & healing yoga nidra actually is.     I was a little scared with my first Yoga Nidra session, as I get claustophobic. However laying on the comfortable rugs, with the blankets tucked over me, listening to Christiane I felt safe and comfortable. I am taken into deep relaxation and feel amazing afterwards. I have the deepest most restful sleep after a session and wake up feeling very refreshed and energised but also relaxed and very peaceful in myself. I have gone to a few sessions now and look forward to going to these each week. I would highly recommend this session to everyone!! Thank you Christiane xx
